Self-Portraits

I created a few self-portraits tonight to add to my portfolio. These turned out better than I thought they would. A black back drop was hung and I used my remote to capture some interesting pictures of myself. I hope to build on this method and create some better and more interesting shots.

Like Clip Art

I went out on the lake and snapped some photos to see what I could come up with. When I downloaded this image, I was a little shocked. It looks exactly like a photo I had downloaded two years ago off istockphoto.com. It gave me the inspiration that I need to be out taking photos and getting my own images before I go out downloading from stock photo sites.

Self-Portrait

Had a creative moment last night and captured a couple of picks of myself. I played with the settings on my camera and tried some new lighting. Here's the best out of the group. I see a lot of lines, but it's growing on me.

Cheekwood Museum of Art

Cheekwood opened its gates early this morning to allow photographers the opportunity to capture the grounds with the early morning light. So I was up around 5:00 and met a friend to head over and see what kind of images we could capture. It was great weather and the sun came up brilliantly. I don't think there was a cloud in the sky. Here's a sampling of what I captured.

2009 Forum of International Accountancy Regulators

This week, I've attended the 2009 Forum of International Accountancy Regulators as the AV tech and photographer. Portrait of a Villain - Behind the Scenes
